Website Security: How we protect your website from attackers

At Digital Agency Bangkok, we understand how important it is to safeguard your website from attackers. We integrate these security services for all of our website clients, but some features may require buying higher website packages.

While cybersecurity is always changing, here is the list of threats we prevent and mitigate for all the websites we develop. We will continue looking out for new threats and update our list as necessary.

Threat protection

Block website access from suspicious IP addresses likely belonging to spam bots, ensuring only real users can access the website.

Firewall protection

This acts as a shield, filtering out malicious traffic and stopping attacks like SQL injection and cross-site scripting.

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption

SSL certificates to encrypt communication between your website and visitors. This protects sensitive data transmissions (such as login information, bank or credit card information, user data, etc.).

DDOS attack protection

DDOS attack is an attack in which the attacker sends massive fake traffic to your website through a virus-infected PC or network to make the server busy and cause problems for the real user browsing the website. With this feature, these kinds of attacks are prevented.

Always-up service

Of course, we guarantee 99.99% uptime, but even if that 0.01% makes the server go down, your website will always be up without any issue.

Brute Force Protection

Some attackers use software to guess admin logins until they get the correct ones. This feature prevents these kinds of attacks.

404 (not found) Detection

When bots scan your website for vulnerabilities, they try accessing the pages even if they do not exist on your website, thus causing lots of not-found (404) errors. This feature automatically bans the IP from which the bot came when they hit the allowed error threshold.

Strong Password Enforcement

When clients change their CMS logins, the system will only allow changing strong passwords.

Lock Out Bad Users

banning the users that are causing too many failed login attempts, 404 errors, or if they are on a known blacklist on the internet.

Away Mode

This feature automatically disables the admin dashboard when clients usually don't use it (e.g., at night) so that no one can have access at those times even if they have the login details.

Hide Login and Admin

Not using common login URLs (e.g., /admin, /login, etc.) and setting a custom login URL is a simple but powerful trick to harden your website security because no one else would even know where to login to your website.

Automatic Backups

Regularly scheduled backups ensure you can restore your website in case of data loss.
