The brand had to strike a balance between professionalism and appealing cuteness that attracts attention.

In a market crowded with bakeries and kids' brands, standing out and establishing a clear selling point was crucial, especially in communicating safety and nutritional value that parents prioritize.

Twinkid's primary target audience consists of parents with children aged 2-12 years, particularly Millennial and Gen Z parents who care about health and nutrition, have middle to high income, and seek quality products for their children to enjoy. Secondary target audiences include children who influence family purchasing decisions and those looking for quality gifts for kids.

 

Design Process

Research and Analysis

The Digital Agency Bangkok team began with detailed research of the kids' bakery market, analyzing competitors to find points of differentiation and surveying target audience needs. Research findings revealed that parents want brands that communicate safety and quality, while children prefer bright colors and cute characters. The market lacked brands that balanced trustworthiness with appeal.

Design Concept

The brand name "Twinkid" comes from "Twin" meaning a pair, and "Kid" meaning children, conveying fun, partnership, and friendliness. The brand's core concept is "Playful yet Professional," blending fun with professionalism while emphasizing safety and deliciousness, along with growing together with children.

Logo Design Elements

The symbol design emphasizes round and curved shapes to create feelings of warmth and safety, featuring a friendly and cute mascot or character design that combines bakery elements like chef hats or bread with childlike qualities.

For typography, the design team selected fonts that are easy to read and friendly, with curves appropriate for the target audience, creating balance between childlike qualities and professionalism.

The brand color palette uses bright yet soft pastel tones as primary colors, adding secondary colors to create variety and fun, selecting colors that stimulate positive feelings, happiness, and appetite.
