Overview
N&N Delivery ThaiMassage is a Bangkok massage service that brings certified therapists to a customer's home, hotel or office. It runs 24 hours a day, every day, across Greater Bangkok. The Challenge
A delivery massage business works differently from a spa with a physical storefront. Visitors can't walk in, so the website has to do all the work of building trust and answering practical questions. Customers want to know what treatments are offered, what each one costs, how fast a therapist can arrive, and which areas are covered. They also want an easy way to book, and many are on a phone, often late at night or while travelling.
The website therefore had to present four massage types and their prices in a simple way, and it had to feel professional enough for a customer to let a therapist into their home or hotel room. Above all, it had to turn a visit into a booking message with as little effort as possible.

We built the site around N&N's brand identity so that every page feels like part of one business. The logo, colour choices, typography and imagery follow the brand guidelines throughout, from the homepage to the price, therapist, Q&A and contact pages. This consistency helps new customers recognise the brand and trust it.
Easy Access to Social Media and Contact Channels
Booking is the main action on this site, so we made it available at every step. LINE, WhatsApp and Telegram links sit at the top of the page, repeat in the footer, and appear again as "Book Now" buttons beside every price. Desktop visitors can scan QR codes with their phones to start a chat immediately, and Facebook and Threads links are included for visitors who want to follow the brand. A customer can move from reading a price to sending a booking message in a single tap, using the app they already use every day.
Integrated Google Maps for Location
Because the service goes to the customer, the service area matters as much as the treatment menu. We integrated Google Maps on the contact page so visitors can see the Greater Bangkok coverage area and judge whether they're inside it. The homepage links to the map from several places, including the About section and the footer. This removes a common question before the customer has to ask it.
