Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring projects are executed smoothly. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their requirements into actionable tasks for our internal teams. Your role is critical in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Receive and interpret client briefs to ensure clear communication.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute projects.
- Manage project timelines and oversee deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and seek opportunities to enhance their experience.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
